About Our Church

ALL ARE WELCOME !!

Join us at 10:00 am on Sundays, as we provide Christian spiritual practices by offering prayer, Bible readings, worship and the Lord’s Supper.  We are a welcoming and friendly group who would love to have you as a visitor, or a member

Dress is casual (In fact, come as you are)

There is lots of easy parking in our lot on Hirschfeld Way

Child care and Sunday school are available

We celebrate Holy Communion, also called The Lord’s Supper, on the first Sunday of each month. While sitting in the pews, we eat a bite of bread and drink a cup of juice. Holy Communion is Christ’s table and is open to anyone who seeks to respond to Christ’s love and to lead a new life of peace and love

After the service we meet in our hall for friendship, fellowship and food

 

WEDDINGS at the United Methodist Church of Rancho Cordova

Our staff  takes great enjoyment and pride in our wedding ceremonies and are happy to work with you to plan your wedding

Our chapel is a beautiful and historic place to be married. Built in 1963, the chapel has a simplicity that works so well for wedding ceremonies. Small enough to be intimate yet large enough for your family members and friends, our chapel has a capacity of 200 people.

Summer and winter weddings are booked quickly, so please contact our church office at 916-635-4242 to discuss use of the chapel, our schedule of fees, and to make time to speak with our pastor
